ABOUT

THE COTTAGE

Old Man Cottage (so named because it takes in sweeping views across the vineyard to the rugged Old Man mountain range) is nestled amongst the vines at the home of Wild Irishman Vineyard. Our cosy, spacious 2 bedroom cottage offers 2 Queen sized beds, each with a wardrobe; a bathroom with shower, vanity, and toilet, with internal washing machine and tub; a fully functional kitchen, including oven, benchtop ceramic stove, full dishwasher, Nespresso, and plenty of storage.

There’s a floor mounted heat pump/air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort all year round. Free wifi is available. The sunny verandah is the perfect place to relax in the evening with a quiet glass of wine, and there’s plenty of grass for the kids/dog to play. A gas bbq is available for those balmy summer evenings, and an extra large outdoor table for alfresco dining. After cycling or exploring this wonderful region, take the dog for a walk or have a swim in the shallows of the Clutha River (access at the bottom of our site).
